DSF has established for the improvement of society by improving the moral values, talent engagement, skill development & employment generation program. We are working for the development of slum children by providing them the opportunity to improve their life by getting proper education along with other extra curriculum activities like, providing workshops on music, dance, theater, social responsibility, resourse management etc. Join us to help them!!!

DSF is working to bring the employment opportunity for women and girls to carry out the best from them and help them to improve the life and earn their livelihood also we are working for small in-house works for women like: Sewing, Embroidery, Beauty Culture, Jute works, Fashion Jewelry, Fashion Garments, Pickle, Jam, Foot Wares, Bag & Purse making and etc.

Strategies

“Organizational development and management”.

Organizational: To develop the system within the organization to provide the quality and standard to women and children.
Management: Our core management team is always ready to help. We manage the entire work by diverging the each task given in a prominent way with appropriate solution.
Encourage Peer Group Cohesion (ice breakers, games, social time)
Encourage cross-age linkages, adult-youth bonding
Modify teaching strategies to enhance sense of belonging
Mix hands-on activities, projects or exhibitions, applied, contextual or workplace-related challenges with paper and pencil exercises to build job and vocational skills.
Supplement competition with cooperative activities or games to develop interpersonal skills and self-management.
